The electric chain hoist is small in size and light in weight, but sometimes during using, the electric chain hoist maybe does not work, the heavy objects can not afford to hang, what is the reason?
1. The electric chain hoist is overloaded, overload protection function will make the hoist stop working;
2. The electric chain hoist motor may have faults or quality problems. If the motor is faulty or burned, the motor needs to be repaired or replaced;
3. If the voltage is too low, it may cause the electric chain hoist to not work. At this time, it only need to check whether the voltage meets the rated voltage of the equipment. If the power supply voltage does not meet the rated voltage of the equipment, the power supply needs to be replaced. If the voltage is temporarily unstable, stop working and wait for the voltage to be normal;
4. The circuit of the main and control circuit of the electric chain hoist has a disconnected line or poor contact, which may also cause the electric chain hoist to not work. In this case, the motor should be powered off first, only the main and control circuits should be powered, then the start and stop switches should be pressed to check the operation of the control and control electronics and lines, and repair or replace the problematic electrical appliances or lines. When it is confirmed that the main and control loops are not faulty, the vehicle can be re-commissioned.
