BZD column mounted jib crane

BZD column mounted jib crane is a kind of hoisting machine used in conjunction with electric chain hoist or wire rope electric hoist. It has two types of operation: electric rotation and manual rotation. All electric rotation can be controlled by controller, electric rotation and lifting can be set single speed or dual speed. BZD column mounted jib crane is a light intermediate working system with rated working capacity of 0.25t, 0.5t, 1t, 2t, 3t, 5t, 10t, 16t.

Structure and operation

1. This machine is mainly composed of cantilever, slewing device and electric chain hoist.

2. The electric chain hoist has the function of lifting and traveling on the beam.

3. The cantilever beam can be driven by the speed reducer on the rotary device to perform the rotary motion.

4. The operation of column mounted jib crane is realized by the flashlight button controller. The controller has eight buttons that control the level of fast rise, fast fall, slow rise, slow drop, left and right moving of hoist trolley, and the swing arm rotation.

8. The electric hoist and the rotary reducer are controlled by wireless remote control.
