KP Electric flat car

Electric flat car, some called transfer flat cart, electric transfer cart, KP series electric flat car is a kind of rail transport vehicle, it is simple in structure, easy to use, easy to maintain, large carrying capacity, no pollution, widely used in machinery manufacturing plants, warehouses and metallurgical factories as transportation inside or outside the workshop, or with cranes to transport heavy loads, such as raw materials, casting and forging, rivet welding, machined parts and finished products.

The KP type has three power supply modes: one is KPX battery type, the other is KPT cable reel type, and the third is KPD sliding line installed on rail.

KP series electric flat car is designed according to the principle of heavy crane. It adopts box-shaped structure, and the two body beams are bearing weight. Compared with the four flat-angle boxes old- type flat cart, it is higher in load-bearing, strength and safety, the load carrying capacity is greater, easy to repair, maintain and beautiful appearance.

The KP electric flat car can adopt centralized drive or double drive, and it is equipped with soft start brake motor to make the flat cart run more smoothly and the brake is safer.
