1. The electric hoist pulley rotates flexibly, smooth without cracks, and the rim portion has no defects and no damage to the wire rope.
2. When the pulley groove uneven wear amount reaches 3 mm, or the pulley wall thickness wear amount reaches 20% of the original thickness, or the wheel bottom diameter decreases by 50% of the wire rope diameter, the pulley should be scrapped.
3. The electric hoist pulley guard should be installed firmly without damage or obvious deformation.
1. The electric hoist hook surface should be smooth and clean, without defects such as breaks and sharp angles, and must not repair the hook by welding.
2. The hook should be flexible, the positioning bolts, cotter pins, etc. must be tightly closed.
3. If there is crack on the dangerous section and the relief groove section, should repalve a new one.
4. The wear of the dangerous section should not exceed 10% of the original size. The amount of wear of the hook bushing should not exceed 50% of the original size, and the amount of mandrel wear should not exceed 5% of the original size.
