1. The number of broken wires should not exceed 10% within one lay length, and the amount of wire surface wear and corrosion should not exceed 40% of the original diameter (the hoist for lifting hot metal or dangerous crystal, the scrapping standard of broken wire is taken 1/2 of general hoist).
2. The wire rope should be free from kinks, dead angles, hard bends, plastic deformation, hemp core breakage, etc., and the lubrication condition is good.
3. The length of wire rope must be ensure when the hook is lowered to a limit position (including the pit), the wire rope remaining on the reel is not less than 4 turns.
4. The fixed platen at the end of the wire rope should be ≥2.
