Electric hoist is a kind of light and small lifting machinery equipment, which can be used alone or installed on bridge cranes and gantry cranes to lift, load and unload heavy objects in metallurgy, mining and other occasions.
After the electric hoist fails, it needs to be repaired in combination with specific faults. Common faults and causes are as follows:
1. The motor cannot lift heavy objects after starting
Reason: overload; voltage lower than rated working voltage; motor lock chamber, etc.
2. Unreliable braking
Reasons: the brake ring is worn; brake surface has dust or oil; the brake ring is not tightened; the spring is fatigued, or the coupling is stuck.
3. After starting, the motor makes a buzzing sound
Reason: The AC contactor connector is not in good contact or the power phase is low
4. The motor temperature exceeds the normal working temperature
Reasons: overloading; the frequency of operation exceeds the working intensity of the electric hoist; the braking gap is too small, etc.
