1. In daily inspection, monthly inspection and annual inspection, any parts that do not meet the requirements shall be repaired, adjusted or replaced immediately.
2. Wire rope electric hoist maintenance requirements:
a. The replacement parts should be the same as the original materials and performance during maintenance;
b. When the structural parts need to be repaired by welding, the materials, welding rods and welding quality used should meet the quality standards of the original structural parts;
c. Maintenance and repairs are not allowed when the wire rope electric hoist is in working condition.
3. The main wearing parts of wire rope electric hoist are:
a. rope guides;
b. sealing ring;
c. brake ring;
d. The high-speed pinion of motor shaft end.
