The electric hoist is a common small lifting device, sometimes the electric hoist press the start switch but it does not normal work. There are three main reasons for this problem:
1. The power supply system does not provide the rated voltage. Test it with the test pencil, if there is no voltage, check the line to determine;
2. The main, control circuit damage or poor contact, so that the electric hoist motor can not be energized, the electric hoist can not work properly, the main and control loops need to be overhauled;
3. The electric hoist motor voltage is lower than the rated voltage by more than 10%, at this time, the torque generated by the motor is too small, so that the electric hoist cannot lift the cargo. The input voltage of the motor should be tested with a voltmeter. If the voltage is found to be lower than the normal value, the power supply system should be repaired and the electric hoist should be used after the voltage reaches the rated voltage.
