The reducer is an important safety component of the jib crane, it can effectively prevent the suspension from falling, ensuring smooth start and stop, and plays an important role in improving the accuracy and safety of the jib crane. In the process of use, the reducer may have problems such as failure to formulate, low braking force and smoke due to excessive temperature of the brake pad. The main causes of these problems are as follows:
1. The brake wheel of the reducer is seriously worn, resulting in insufficient braking force.
2. There is a partial peeling phenomenon on the brake belt, which reduces the braking force.
3. The main spring adjustment is not tight enough.
4. There is dust, oil between the brake band and the brake wheel.
5. There is a problem with the impeller of the hydraulic push bar and the reaction is not sensitive.
6. The distance between the brake and the gasket is unreasonable. When it is too small, the resistance will be generated when running, and the wear speed of the gasket will be accelerated. If it is too large, the braking force will be insufficient.
7. The brake gasket is seriously detached.
8. The long-stroke electromagnet is stuck by other things and cannot work normally.
