Safety technical regulations for hoist wire ropes

The safety technology of the steel wire rope must comply with the technical specifications of JGJ276-2012.

1. The electric hoist slings can choose 6 * 19 wire rope, in order to improve the safety factor, also use 6 * 37 wire rope;

2. The length and diameter of the sling should be determined by the volume and weight of the object being lifted, lifting tools and lifting methods;

3. The length of the sling's braided connector should be no less than 20 times the diameter of the wire rope. If necessary, the snap ring and hook can be installed at both ends;

4. When lifting the lifting ring of the heavy object with the hook on the sling, the safety factor of the sling should not be lower than 6; when the lifting weight is large or the precision instrument, the safety factor of the sling should reach 10.
