After installation and overhaul, the electric hoist needs to be tested before it can be used. The electric hoist testing is as follows:
1. After the power is turned on, it is necessary to check whether the motor running direction of the electric hoist is consistent with the direction indicated by the control button;
2. No load test. In the case of no-load testing, start each operating mechanism, perform forward rotation and reverse rotation operation, check whether the electric hoist stopper is reliable and accurate, check whether the operating mechanism is working normally, and there will be no jamming phenomenon.
3. Static load test. The running mechanism stops running, lifting the weight of the rated load of 1.25 times, leaving the ground about 100mm for 10min, and checking whether the electric hoist operating mechanism is abnormal.
4. Dynamic load test. After the electric hoist static load is not found, the dynamic load test is performed. During the test, the weight of 1.1 times the rated weight was lifted, and repeated tests such as lifting, dangling, lowering, and stopping were carried out, and there were no problems in the inspection of each running mechanism and safety device.
