Electric hoists should be installed in accordance with relevant technical standards and construction drawings. Before installation, need to be aware of the following:
1. Check the equipment according to the checklist, check whether the documents, specifications, certificates and other documents are complete; whether the electric hoist and accessories can match the packing list; whether the appearance of the electic hoist is damaged;
2. Check whether the track installation meets the requirements, whether the buffer device is installed, and ensure that the I-beam connection is firm enough, and the I-beam splicing is sufficiently smooth;
3. Check whether the hoisting mechanism reducer is sensitive and reliable; whether the walking part is coated with grease according to the regulations;
4. Check the electrical control box and electrical wiring according to the instruction manual to check the insulation performance of the electric hoist;
5. Check that the fixed end of the wire rope is strong enough; the wiring of the control button should be correct, the fixed button is equipped with a safety line; check whether the rise and lower limit switches are properly installed.
Prepare the electric hoist before installation to ensure smooth installation and eliminate potential safety hazards.
